Located across the Qudyal River from Quba, the Red Village is one of the principal historic settlements of Azerbaijan’s Mountain Jewish community. Its religious monuments, distinctive architecture, language and cultural traditions make it one of the country’s most remarkable heritage destinations.

During the guided walk, guests explore the settlement’s streets, historic residences and significant places connected with the religious and cultural life of the Jewish community. The route also introduces the Six-Dome Synagogue and other religious landmarks in the settlement. Interior access to active synagogues depends on religious services, current opening arrangements and permission from the local community.
